IMR is specialized in the pipelines for power stations and industrial facilities in Germany and Europe. Among our customers are famous business groups in the chemical and petrochemical industry as well as food and utilities companies. Our business activities include construction planning and installation of high-pressure pipelines as well as medium- and low-pressure pipelines.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

You operate exacting construction projects in Germany and abroad. Your main responsibilities are:

• Coordination, Controlling and Leading subordinates and subcontractors within the own task area.
• Providing economical & qualitative success of projects within the deadlines. In this key position you are responsible for cost-effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Supervising and documentation of outstanding services of subcontractors  in specification, professionalism and contractual compliance
• Conducting final inspection and respective documentation

Ihre Aufgaben

Sie wickeln anspruchsvolle Montageprojekte im gesamten Bundesgebiet und im europäischen Ausland ab. Ihre Kernaufgaben bestehen aus:

• Koordination, Steuerung und Führung der unterstellten Mitarbeiter und der versch. Nachunternehmer im eigenen Aufgabenbereich
• Sicherstellen des wirtschaftlichen, qualitativen und terminlichen Erfolges der zugeordneten Projekte. In dieser Schlüsselposition sind Sie maßgeblich verantwortlich für die Wirtschaftlichkeit der Projekte, für die Kundenzufriedenheit und damit das Ergebnis.
• Überwachung, Kontrolle und Dokumentation der spezifikations-, vertrags- und fachgerechten Lieferungen und Leistungen der Nachunternehmer
• Durchführung und Dokumentation von Kontrollen und Abnahmen innerhalb des Projekts

JOB REQUIREMENTS

You have 5 years experience or more as a construction manager and/or 2 years experience project manager preferred in power plant area.

• Fluent German and English language skills (spoken and written) are essential
• Entrepreneurialism, assertiveness, flexibility, negotiating skills and prevalent thinking in terms of costs
• Proficient in using office software (the MS Office package)-

Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter und/oder mind. 2 Jahre als Projekt- oder Oberbauleiter bevorzugt im Kraftwerksbereich in den genannten Tätigkeitsschwerpunkten.

• Verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift 
• Unternehmerisches Handeln, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Flexibilität, Verhandlungsgeschick und ausgeprägtes Kostendenken 
• sicherer Umgang am PC (MS-Office-Produkte)
